What our clients say
Our aim is to offer a professional, reliable and friendly service.
Don’t take our word for it…
Dan and Victoria run a tight ship that makes them the best in the pool business.Dan took over the servicing of our swimming pool four years ago and his enthusiastic advice and assistance immediately made our lives easier. Whatever is needed Dan and his team can fix it.Last year our lining decided that after 15 years it had had enough. Dan took charge and programmed the work and Victoria sent the swatches to enable us to choose a striking dark blue lining. Stripping the old, taking it away and laying the new lining with expertise and the right equipment was impressive. Dan kept us fully informed throughout the project. Our pool is now better than it has ever been and the perfectly fitted lining makes maintenance trouble free.We recommend Aqualate Pool Services and Dan and Victoria’s customer care without reservation.
Aqualate Pool Services provide a regular maintenance visit that keeps our pool in good condition so that we can use it all year round. We have used this service for many years. Dan and his team are friendly and professional and have given good advice as and when anything out of the ordinary arises, always providing a cost-effective solution in a timely manner.
Newport CE Junior School has partnered with Aqualate Pool Services for the past two years and we cannot recommend them highly enough. Dan, Joe and the team are exceptionally reliable, hardworking and respond with speed to any issues that arise. Thanks to their expertise and commitment, our pool has operated smoothly and efficiently.
We have worked with Aqualate Pool Services for our pool plant refurbishment and ongoing maintenance at Swimwell Ltd, and the service has been outstanding from start to finish. Their knowledge of pool plant systems is exceptional, and they took the time to explain the process clearly while ensuring minimal disruption to our swim school operations.
The refurbishment was completed to a very high standard, on schedule, and with great attention to detail. Since then, their maintenance support has been reliable, proactive and responsive whenever needed. It gives us complete confidence knowing our pool plant is being managed professionally and safely.
I would highly recommend Aqualate Pool Services to any commercial pool operator looking for expertise, reliability and excellent service.
After giving us a very competitive quotation, Dan and his team have recently replaced the 18 year old liner and fittings in our indoor pool. The work was carried out in a timely and professional manner and we are thoroughly delighted to be able to swim again on a daily basis in our beautifully refurbished pool. Thanks Aqualate!
We started using Aqualate Pool Services about a year ago and have been pleased and surprised by the excellent professional services, including routine and emergency services provided by them. Thoroughly recommend.
Aqualate Pool Services recently completed refurbishment work on our outdoor pool including installing a new liner and carrying out pointing work and repairs to the surrounding brickwork. Despite the challenges created by the typically unpredictable British weather, the work was completed to a consistently high standard and we are very happy with our newly refurbished pool. Dan and the Aqualate team provided a very friendly and highly professional service at all times and we would certainly not hesitate to seek their expertise again in the future.
Punctual, thorough and friendly, nothing was to much of a problem. Always gave me good advice in regards to looking after my pool.
Dan services our pool, he is reassuringly competent and extremely thorough, we can’t recommend his services highly enough
Dan is hugely knowledgeable, reliable and absolutely spot on with good advice. We couldn’t be happier with his service. Highly recommended.
Dan sure knows his stuff regarding pools. He looks after my pool and it is wonderful. I would recommend him to anyone with a pool or having a new installation.
This year our pool has been re-tiled and the paving area lifted and re-laid. Throughout the process Dan has been highly knowledgeable and supportive. The end result is extremely pleasing and exactly what we had been hoping for. Thank you.
After buying a house with a very tired looking pool room, I was quickly presented with what seemed like a minefield of options on how best to bring it back to its former glory. After meeting Dan / Aqualate Pool Services the best options quickly became clearer to us, it has been a great benefit having Dan’s vast experience to fall back on when planning our room. Our family were thrilled to have the new internal pool room up and running just in time for Christmas, Thank-you Aqualate Pool Services for your guidance throughout the project, we’d recommend this company to anyone.
